Today Northland Rosarium’s end of season sale starts! Running Wednesday July 31st through Saturday August 3rd, this sale is a great chance to fill out your garden with high quality plants inexpensively.
The sale features 50% off selected roses (and it’s usually a LOT of the roses, excluding David Austins!), 50% off hydrangeas, 50% off selected clematis and 50% off all perennials.
At 1 p.m. on Saturday, local gardening expert Phyllis Stephens will speak on roses, clematis, and other companion plants and general plant care. The event is free.
The display garden is in full bloom right now, so even if you don’t buy anything it’s a great sight seeing opportunity. Walk the garden, take notes about the roses, and think about how you can add to your garden.
Northland Rosarium is located at 9405 S. Williams Lane, Spokane, WA 99224. To contact them, call 509-448-4968. To get there, take I-90 to 195 south towards Pullman (the Colfax exit).
