Happiness lies in contentment. Contentment is found in understanding and acknowledgement of real truth. These two statements are the roots of what joy and peace are eventually branched from. Each one of us that seek any of these emotions can only attain any of them, after first knowing or experiencing all of them.
In this world there are temporary emotional highs. There are sensations that mock real peace and joy. They come and flood our world, and control so many as puppets in a theater of evil circles. They are seducing spirits that grant short term satisfaction with eternal cost beyond measure.
The world is neither good nor bad. We are what we choose to be. Decisions must be made in what we will become, and how each one of us will decide to live their life. It is in these decisions that we make, that bring about good or evil in corresponding chain of events. Though Spiritual influences may attempt to guild our paths, it is always ultimately our final choice on whether to be submission to the influence or not to be. Whether it is good or bad, both are strengthen in this world by each and every choice we make each day.
I am seeker of true spiritual enlightenment. That title scares so many –why? Is it because there is no complete definitive explanation or doctrine associated with it or is it because it threatens the false doctrines and spiritual prisons that fill our country and world today? Truth is often the enemy because it breaks chains and tears down walls of those that hear the call of the Divine. I am a teacher of truth, not by choice but by destiny. But the choice that is made is either to speak, or not to speak. These choices are what quench evil or add fuel to the fire. Obviously I have chosen to speak.
In Christ’s ministry we can break it all down into one word and that is to decide. To decide however, means we must make a choice. Jesus said to follow him, what did me mean by that? The Bible only gives a clear walk that Jesus took during the last three years of his life. Besides brief passages, almost thirty years of Christ’s life are a mystery – or are they?
How was Jesus raised? What things were taught to Jesus? Who were his main influences? As we know Jesus went against the religious standard of the time and turned over many a table or two. What were to happen if today the same spirit that filled Christ were to desire to turn over a few more tables and stir what we will call a new thing in God? Do you believe the modern day church is ministering and teaching as it should be? I do not.
I believe the church has grown stagnant it its endeavor for more possessions and income. I see them now as attempting to gain control over the populations with physical and financial means rather than offering real spiritual power. The spiritual power in the church has become a flicker of what it once was and should be. Choices have been made, and many of them I believe were very poor choices. Many of these choices have gone against the gift of free will and our right to make such choices in each of our lives.
But there is a new thing coming. It is one that will open the minds and eyes of all those that are ready to except it. It will come like the rain and shower the open minded with complete truth. It offers the freedom that Jesus Christ spoke of. It isn’t a new religion or an anti-Christ theology but it is one that completes Christ ministry in today’s world. It is one that offers unity and a teaching that goes beyond the normal Sunday school lessons we all have heard thousands of times.
Truth, can you handle it. I hope so.
