Heading to the beach this weekend? Don’t miss out on your workout! Try these exercises to keep your fat burn during your mini beach vacation! These exercises will target every muscle group, making sure they stay awake even when you are relaxed!
Crab walk: Get into the reverse press up position then walk around on your hands and feet, excellent for tricep endurance
High knees: Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart. Without changing your posture, raise your left knee as high as you can and step forward. Repeat with your right leg. Continue to alternate back and forth.
Long jumps: The broad jump is an effective exercise for developing explosive power, and is performed by performing a squat and forcefully jumping.
Bear crawl: Drop onto all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders, then rise up onto your feet. Now you’re in the bear position! You can move forward and backward more quickly than in a standard crawl, and you’ll work every major muscle group in the process.
Planks: Lie face down. Raise your body by straightening your arms. Keep your elbows beneath your chest. You can support your lower body on your knees or on your toes. Raise one arm straight in front of you while extending the opposite leg straight behind you. Keep your hips elevated and your shoulders away from your ears.Repeat, then perform the same motion on the other side.
