Tonight’s episode of Big Brother picked up after Thursday night’s HoH Competition. Aaryn was happy to have gone from the very bottom of the barrel to the top of the mountain. Helen hoped Aaryn would hold up her end of the deal and put Howard and Spencer up for eviction. Elissa was speechless, Candice was very upset to have found out about Aaryn’s deal with Helen, and Jessie hoped she and Aaryn could maintain their friendship and stay on good terms.
Spencer went to Aaryn to ask if he would be safe this week. Aaryn pretty much avoided the question and told him that she would have to wait and see what the house thought, since she was without her alliance.
Right before the eviction, Helen went to Aaryn to tell her that Elissa had leaked their deal to Candice. Candice had then asked Helen to keep her and Howard off the block. Helen was frustrated that Elissa had (yet again) leaked the news and didn’t even argue when Aaryn suggested putting her up as a nominee. Helen told her she would have to vote against everyone else if that happened, and Aaryn told her she wouldn’t do anything to go against their deal.
When Aaryn got her HoH Room key, the whole house hid upstairs and ducked down so she couldn’t see them. When she called out, “Who wants to see my HoH Room,” there was silence. As she made her way upstairs, everyone jumped out and then followed her inside, where “Clowny” was waiting once again. Aaryn told the group they could eat her food and come upstairs anytime they wanted before saying she “aksed” for food and accused Candice of making her say that instead of “asked.”
Helen gathered Amanda, McCrae, and Judd in a room to tell them what Elissa had done. Helen told them her frustrations with Elissa and said they wouldn’t be able to keep her in the loop on anything.
Amanda and McCrae shared a bubble bath and “I love yous,” all the while McCrae was farting. (That’s attractive). Amanda wondered if she was skanky or sultry and thought about what her mom would think. McCrae revealed he makes $136 every two weeks.
Spencer and Aaryn talked upstairs in the HoH Room. Aaryn explained that she was making the decisions she was making in order to gain protection. Spencer felt she could gain more protection from other alliances in the house, but he definitely knew he wasn’t safe after their conversation.
Howard took Aaryn into the HoH bathroom, and she told him about her deal with Helen and Candice’s conversation with Helen. He told Aaryn he would respect whatever she decided to do, and she told him she didn’t have anything set in stone as of yet, but she would make sure to really think everything over before making a decision. She told him she didn’t want to put him up.
The houseguests were startled by sirens and received a message from Poppy Montgomery on the TV screen in the living room. She instructed everyone to select colored badges for teams and head outside for the “BB Police” Have/Have Not Competition. The Orange Team was Aaryn, Elissa, Andy, and McCrae; the Green Team was GinaMarie, Candice, Amanda, and Judd; and the Purple Team was Helen, Spencer, Howard, and Jessie. In the first part of the challenge, each team had to get all of their pieces of evidence out of the evidence room and stack all of the items on a table. The Orange Team finished stacking their items first, so they received a photo showing where 10 of the 24 items were previously stacked on the shelves – in the second part of the competition, they had to put all of the items back where they found them, so this gave them the biggest advantage. The Orange Team finished first in the second round, and the Purple Team finished second, making the Green Team Have Nots for the week.
Yoga Instructor Elissa struggled to find quiet spots to do her yoga…sometimes, even while wrapped in saran wrap. The houseguests watched her for entertainment.
Candice told Howard she thought Aaryn would put him and Spencer up for eviction and wondered if she should try talking to Aaryn to get her to put Amanda and McCrae up instead. In the end, Candice decided to go upstairs to talk to Aaryn. Aaryn said she didn’t want to put Howard up, but other people really wanted her to. Candice told her that someone needed to break up Amanda and McCrae, but Aaryn thought Amanda was the reason she was safe. Candice told her the person she thought was keeping her safe was actually the one making bold moves. She went back downstairs and told Howard she thought they would both be on the block. Then, she told him she thought she got baited into something, and he could have a nice life. He tried to calm her down and tell her he wasn’t gaming her, but she told him she just wanted to be alone.
Upstairs in the HoH Room, Andy pushed for Howard and Spencer to get nominated, but Aaryn wondered if she should nominate Elissa instead. Jessie would be supportive of whatever decision she made, but GinaMarie mentioned that if Aaryn didn’t go with the rest of the house, she would lose their support and be put right back up again next time.
At the Nomination Ceremony, GinaMarie, Jessie, Andy, Elissa, Candice, Helen, McCrae, Amanda, and Judd were all safe, leaving Howard and Spencer as the two nominated for eviction. Aaryn told them it was nothing personal, but it was best for her game.
