What’s great about Bistro Bohem is that the rustic atmosphere will make you feel like you are dining in a casual neighborhood café in Prague. The sweet Czech waitresses, adorable patio, and laid-back attitude are perfect for a casual dinner amongst friends or between a couple in love.
Regarding the food, the best part of the menu may be the appetizers section. Sample perfectly crispy homemade potato chips, served with a decadent dipping sauce; rich and hearty pierogies, the stuffing of which changes daily; and earthy mushrooms that are fried and accompanied by a garlicky aioli. The Smazok salad, shredded cabbage topped with cubes of fried cheese and drizzled with a sweet and creamy dressing is also delicious, and very popular. For your main course, try the crunchy potato pancakes, creamy and hearty wild mushroom risotto, or garden fresh fettuccini with parsley pesto. Vegetarian options are plentiful and prices are reasonable with most entrees around $15.00. Wine, beer, and cocktails are readily available.
