The next installment of the popular first-person shooter franchise, “Call of Duty: Ghosts” will introduce fans to a new story to the series. Activision revealed on May 31 that the game’s setting will feature very post-apocalyptic elements as the title takes place inside an America that is “broken and scarred from a catastrophic event.”
After the official reveal of “Call of Duty: Ghosts” it is clear that feature gamers have gravitated to the most is the title’s new K9 companion. For the first time ever in a “Call of Duty” game, players will have a pet dog at their side that they can give commands to.
“Call of Duty: Ghosts” releases on Nov 11 for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PC, Xbox One, and PS4. The game is being developed by series creator, Infinity Ward, and will use a highly modified version of a game engine used on past titles in the “Call of Duty” franchise.
