We couldn’t be withholding forever! Come celebrate Off Color Brewing’s first tapping event at one of the premiere bars in the world, Hopleaf. Off Color is the new brewery started by former Goose Island brewer John Laffler and former Two Brothers brewer Dave Bleitner. This will be your first chance to order Troublesome and Scurry in the market and get drunk with John and Dave. (To clarify, this is the first time you can order our beers, there have been plenty of chances to get drunk with John and Dave.) Be on the lookout for a possible special guest appearance by The Drinking & Writing Brewery.

This summer beer dinner will be six-courses with a focus on seasonality and richer flavors. To pair with the food, Half Acre will release two brand-new summer beers that dinner guests will be the very first to taste. Half Acre will also unveil rare cellar beers that have been stashed away for a special occasion, and also bring staple brews, like Daisy Cutter Pale Ale.
Brewmasters from Half Acre will be with us throughout the dinner and will go through the brewing process of each beer and provide insight on tasting. It will be an engaging, personal experience from both the chef’s at Arami and the staff of Half Acre.
