A final toast to craft beer week. We’ll dedicate our taps to all the breweries that helped make CCBW special for us – Brewery Vivant, Metropolitan, Two Brothers, Revolution, Lagunitas and One Trick Pony – as we finish off these special brews. Here’s how it works:
DJs from Windy City Soul Club and Feel the Rhythm Reggae Club provide the soundtrack. Wagyu Wagon provides the food. We provide the beer. You provide the dancing. It’s an all-dayer! We kick off at noon and don’t quit until you do.
(And this place is half a block from our old standby, the Maple Tree Inn, so you are covered whatever beer you like in that historic enclave.)

Delilah’s will host one of the most comprehensive tastings of Lambic beers ever held in North America. We will be tasting every possible variety of this spontaneously fermented Belgian beer that we can get our hands on, including but not limited to: Lindemans, Liefmans, Hanssens, Van Steenberge Cherish, De Troch Chapeau, Mort Subite, St. Louis, Timmermans, Girardin, Belle Vue, Oud Beersel, Cantillon & Boon. We will have three vintages of Drie Fonteinen Gueuze from a cast of over a dozen different Gueuzes, some very rare straight Lambic, a few highly sought after Faros (young Lambic flavored with candy sugar and spices), and a complete selection of fruit based Lambics (Framboise, Kriek, Peche…) all flavors and all possible intensities — around sixty Lambics in multiple vintages will be on hand.
Various representative international sour beers (New Belgium La Folie, Goose Island Lolita, Panil Barrique, BFM, etc.) will also be available. This is guaranteed to be ideal for both the new Lambic enthusiast as well as the long term aficionado. $20 for twenty sample tickets and informational materials. Feel free to call with any questions.

Come eat and drink away that hangover you’ve been building up for the last week with a brunch collaboration from Local Option and Central Waters. Chef Won loves brunch and we’ll be sure to cure that headache. Alexi from Local Option will be there sharing American Muscle, Blood of the King’s, La Petite Morte, and Coffee Stout. Only $20/person. Space is limited so please call NOW for reservations.
This Whole Foods location will also be having a “Clear the Cooler” sale: $4 for all pints of CCBW beers until they’re gone, 11:00 am – 9:30 pm.
2:00 pm ♦ Off Color and 3 Floyds: “The Thing with the Beer”

Join us for our final event during CCBW, let your liver know you mean business! We’ll have beer from both breweries tapped up, and their collaboration, Tonnerre Neige. Also from Off Color: Beer Geek Mus, a collaboration with Mikkeller. And from 3 Floyds: Evil Power and Alpha King. And, just to kick things right in the pants, we’ll be tapping all the beers at 2pm.
