Eating clean food

Dismantling stress cannot be overemphasized because of its quiet but profound negative effects on the body, mind and spirit. There are many ways to destress throughout the day: breathing in and out, moving around/taking a short walk, looking for the humor in things and helping others will promote calmness and joy.
