Wickets Bar & Grill, in the Streets of Woodfield, honors summer’s bounty with a Farmer’s Market Menu offered every Friday this August.
Wicket’s General Manager Dennis Antoniello and Chef George Garcia will be working hand-in-hand with Schaumburg Farmer’s Market regulars, Nichols Farm & Orchard, to create a three-course menu featuring the freshest produce at the farm that week.
The menus include an appetizer, salad and entrée ($25) that can also be ordered a la carte for both lunch and dinner (prices TBD each week).
The first Farmer’s Market Menu will kickoff Friday, August 2 followed by every Friday during the month from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The menu for Friday, Aug. 2 is:
– Crostini Trio: Featuring Spring Onions, Tri Color Pepper and Baby Artichoke
– Heirloom Tomato Caprese Salad
– Bone in Chicken Breast with Roasted Corn Sauce, Roasted Turnip & Kale mash and Baby Carrots
All three together are $25. They are also available a la carte: Appetizer $7, Salad $7 and Entrée $18.
