Listed below is the Haralson County arrest report for Thursday May 16, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff’s Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.
Donna Kay Allen, 54, of Temple was arrested and charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance. Allen remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,000 bond has been set.
Willie Thomas Boga, 49, of Bremen was arrested and charged with making harassing phone calls.
Nathaniel Henderson, 68, of Savannah was arrested and charged with burglary, two counts theft by receiving stolen property, fleeing/attempt to elude, driving without a license, aggressive driving, no tag, weaving, improper signal, improper lane change, failure to yield, reckless driving and obstruction. Henderson remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $7,300 bond has been set.
Andre Ramone Owensby, 36, of Bremen was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation. Owensby remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.
Walter Larry Sherbert, 40, of Bremen was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), obstruction and parole hold. Sherbert remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (5/2/2013) (3/15/2013)
Chima Azubike Ukachi, 41, of Germantown, Md. was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and speeding.
