I have held back on some of the infringers for various reasons. I have even been told by many that I have been too nice to them. The point has been to try to protect some of their dignity and not to embarrass them more than they have embarrassed themselves. I have decided to put all that aside and to proceed like I have had the ability since the beginning. I know some think I have been harsh so far but it pales to what they have done. The sites listened here are doing what I have said should be done for a long time. That is to make public the people and companies who infringe. I have instituted some guidelines for me to add these people and companies to these websites. I will put them up on the Magazine site when I get a chance.
I am going to do what others are doing and that is to name the person, show a photo of them if they posted on online where my photos were being used with or without permission. Every attorney has told me they gave up their privacy rights on those items and if they were posted on Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest they gave away their ability to claim privacy on the items they had online. The companies, well they do not have privacy rights period. Check the Supreme Court ruling in 2011 where Chief Justice Roberts stated in his majority opinion that privacy rights do not extend to entities like ATT Corporation. The statement will be included in an upcoming article. It is something to note that a State Supreme Court has ruled that a person;s home address is not a private matter. should not surprise anyone as it is in many public records and given freely to others including media sites when signing up. Get ready people, you are going to start to have your name and address published. It may take some time but don’t bet the house on it.
I am setting in motion the posting of all of the infringers including the ones on Pinterest, their names, the locations of the infringes, copies of any and all photos infringed and other information concerning the infringement.
Part of my guidelines will be that the people and companies that are in the process of being notified if I can do so will be withheld for a short period of time. Ones that have been given licenses or paid a fee for using them will not be named. Ones who chose to start working on solving the issue will not be named. All others will be named in detail.
If you are a company or work for a company you will be notified if possible that you are being added to a worldwide listing of infringement people and companies. It is on Twitter and Facebook. Companies may have their images posted as well as links to their websites.
I am going to put a list on the magazine site naming every person who has infringed, where they put the images up, the hosting site and if I had to forcibly remove them by DMCA or threats of DMCA actions. There will also be a gallery added to one of the sites with every shot they have infringed whether it is still up or not, whether it taken down with a DMCA take down notice or if the infringer took it down themselves.

Chief Justice Roberts wrote the opinion and this is just part of it:
We reject the argument that because “person” is defined for purposes of FOIA to include a corporation, the phrase”personal privacy” in Exemption 7(C) reaches corporations as well. The protection in FOIA against disclosure of law enforcement information on the ground that it would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy does not extend to corporations. We trust that AT&T will not take it personally.”
The Supreme Court of the United States ruled in FCC vs. AT&T Inc., that business entities have no personal privacy rights….. The ruling was unanimous and arose from a Third Circuit decision.
