Hours ago, it was reported that Courtland Rogers’ sister Carson was in talks to pursue custody of his young daughter, Jordan. According to Carson’s boyfriend Jim, she had grown concerned over Jordan’s whereabouts an inability to get in touch with her and because of it wants to become Jordan’s legal caretaker.
On May 31, after reading the report about Carson and Jim, Jenelle had a message for Radar — and Carson as well — which read, “‘Lets give Jordan to a crackhead’ OK, sounds legit.” Fans don’t know much about Carson at all but from what they’ve seen, she appears to be pretty normal. A photo of Carson doesn’t seem to raise any red flags. She looks as if she takes care of herself and is healthy — definitely not crackhead-like as Jenelle claims.
Regardless of what Carson would like to do as far as gaining custody of Jordan, it’s going to be one heck of a battle. Taylor would never willingly sign over rights to her daughter and Courtland likely wouldn’t either. If Carson wants custody, she’ll have to prove that they are both unfit. With Courtland behind bars facing heroin and assault charges, that may not be too much of an issue, but what proof would she have that Taylor is unfit?
Jenelle’s life is like a soap opera and ever day it seems like there’s another outrageous news item. Hopefully, Carson is worrying for nothing and Jordan is being cared for properly.
