Anna Nicole’s daughter, Dannielynn Birkhead may be entitled to a big windfall from the estate of her mother’s ex-husband’s family.
According to the New York Post, a judge ruled that Dannielynn, 6, is entitled to “sanctions against the Marshall family” and could receive as much as $49 million.
When J. Howard Marshall died in 1995, he did not have Anna Nicole Smith, his bride of one year, in his will.
Smith died in 2007 without seeing a dime from Marshall’s estate. The Supreme Court ruled that her estate was not entitled to any money even after a long legal battle, but now things might change.
A new ruling indicates that Dannielynn may now be entitled to a large chunk of change from the estate of E. Pierce Marshall. He is the son of J. Howard Marshall.
The Post reports that a judge ordered to pay sanctions over “massive discovery abuse”in the E. Pierce Marshall’s legal battle against his stepmother, the late Anna Nicole Smith.
The judge ruled this week that Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter could receive up to $49 million from the estate that is estimated to be worth between $500 million and $1 billion.
