Interview with Anthony Vulin:
Q: Anthony, Considering you’re in Studio City, you are at the center of the Entertainment Industry and are surrounded by celebrity clientele. Anthony is your team more attentive to the client who needs a $2000 rental-property or the $10,000,000 seller in Bel Air?
A. Karim, Real Estate is about building your reputation through every transaction regardless of any other factor aside from exceeding customer satisfaction and providing our clients with a high level of service. Our team at Keller Williams, Studio City treats every individual with respect and equality regardless of their financial situation or the value of the transaction. As Real Estate professionals, we’re in the service industry and we want our clients to be completely assured that any Agent in our office will go above and beyond to give their clients guidance, assistance and navigate them throughout the entire process with the utmost integrity. The fact of the matter is, buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions of an individual’s life; this level of responsibility falls on our shoulders as it’s our duty as Real estate professionals to make certain that clients’ goals are exceeded and their expectations are surpassed. Karim, our job is to make it an absolute philosophy for our Agents to live by that we should and always will be concerned far more about our clients’ best interest rather than a commission check. I would like our agents to build their business through a high standard of service, principles, integrity and most importantly positive results. The Keller Williams, Studio City office is composed of a faction of hard-working and talented group of professionals whose reputation is extremely valuable, therefore the more pleased their clients are with their level of service; the more effective we are as a team.
Q. What would you tell an Agent who is just starting the profession; any words of wisdom? You’ve achieved a tremendous amount of success in this business at a relatively young age. Does age matter in Real Estate?
A. Karim, I grew up with parents who were in the business, therefore I’ve been exposed to Real Estate since I was really young; therefore I was researching properties when I was in High School! To answer your question, whether you’re a young Realtor or someone who has been in the business for 20 years; you’re going to face challenges; it’s how you face those daily challenges and pick yourself back up which really determines success. I advise new agents that as long as they are able to identify their big “Why” in terms of being in the Real Estate sector while remaining positive, motivated and consistently generating leads; they can achieve tremendous success in Real Estate. Resilience and maintaining a positive mind-set separates the good agents from the superstar agents. We’re all one cohesive unit at the Studio City office and we truly want each other to succeed. Watching both our new and more experienced Agents succeed is ultimately our entire team’s achievement, because at the end of the day; each team member is dedicated to providing one other with the necessary support, mentorship as well as guidance to be successful in this business.
Q. Anthony, could you please describe the Keller Williams Studio City office philosophy in a few words?
A. Integrity, Commitment, Communication, Creativity, Teamwork and most importantly implementing a client centered environment with a group of results oriented Real Estate professionals is our mantra at the Keller Williams, Studio City office.
