Once I had finished the review, eaten a yellow and red beet salad (very good) and the Ahi, which was large in portion, well presented, and deliciously enjoyed. Omar sang a Bobby Caldwell tune that I love, and it was hard not to head directly to the microphone and share it with him! Move over Omar lol.
What you won’t do for love, that title’s rendition was alluring, Stevie Wonder tunes, lots of cross over, R&B, he brings it up and he brings it back down. It’s spontaneity in action.
Omar work’s a room like you were a hand picked guest in his private living arena. Now how cool is that? People felt so entertained, so hand herded if you will and, you could feel the Om Vibrations calling you to the dance. Come Closer! Come Closer!
I had to head back out the front door. No time for stage singing tonight.
I returned the following Sunday because I could not get enough. Now, my group will be there weekly. Thanks Omar for being so inviting, professional, lively and diverse. You’ve got the magic.
