Joe Johnson owner of Liberty Market http://www.libertymarket.com in Gilbert & his executive chef & partner David Traina are back at it with their Burger Daze, a burger a day for all 31 days of the month of August. In addition to using Harris Ranch 100% ground chuck beef there are several meatless options including a salmon burger, vegetarian burger, turkey burger. Their piece de resistance comes on the final day of the month, August 31st with the Oscar Burger which uses filet of beef topped with lump crab meat, asparagus and Béarnaise sauce. Prices of the burger vary daily.
As a way to motivate customers to enjoy as many burgers as possible they are giving away a $25 gift card to those who eat 10 burgers throughout the month and anybody who visits and eats all 31 burgers will get a $100 gift card. Those who accept the challenge have until Sept. 7th to provide receipts and get a gift card.

100% ground chuck patty with classic sauerkraut, house made 1000 island dressing, and served on a rye bun.
