You can’t expect anything less than drama from VH1’s “Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta,” and that’s exactly what you get…every episode.
The latest episode opened with the cliff hanger from last week, as Kirk stepped into the bedroom with two women, whom he let rub and kiss on him. The next day, Kirk and Benzino sat down to chat about the shenanigans of the night before, and Benzino tried to tell Kirk that he took things too far.
“I know there’s a lot of stuff I need to fix when I get home,” Kirk said.
As for Erica and Momma Dee’s on again/off again relationship, after Scrappy was sent back to jail, Erica wanted to make sure that their daughter was financially taken care of. Erica met with Momma Dee, who offered to chip in on her son’s behalf, but Erica rejected her offer, and decided to pawn her engagement ring.
Momma Dee accompanied Erica to the jewelry store, where the salesman told her if she sold it she’d get $10,000, but if she did traded it in for consignment she’d get $15,000…needless to say, she took the $15,000 and ran with it. To her surprise, as soon as she pawned the ring, Scrappy got out of jail!
Can’t forget about Mimi and Stevie, who sat down to enjoy a lunch, that turned into an argument over money. After all, Stevie couldn’t have been doing all those nice things for Mimi and not be getting anything in return right? Wrong. When he brought up a shopping trip that he took her on, he said, “You got the bread, but what did I get?” Then he went on to tell her he wanted “A little bit of…lettuce.” Lettuce Stevie, really?
“He give me something, he expects me to have sex with him. I’m not f—ing you anymore!” Mimi said.
She returned the keys to her new Mercedes and left to call herself a cab.
“LHHATL” newbies Traci and Drew shared an awkward moment when he went back to apologize for trying to kiss her on last weeks episode (and got shut down). Ironically, if it wasn’t for Traci going out and finally finding a man SEVEN years later, Drew would’ve never knew he had feelings for her. To try and fix his mess, he offered to take Traci and her new beau out to dinner to try and get a feel for him if he was going to be around his son.
