The cover picture for this film is awesome, and so is the description. And they in no way accurately portray this film. This is one of the worst B-movies I have ever seen. The story had possibilities but didn’t materialize in the film which had more plot holes than a cemetery. The film started off okay but stalled once Frost became a snowman and all that was seen of him for a while were still shots with snarky sound bites implying animation. Once he was seen, in somewhat animated form, the special effects were so ridiculous they explained why the Director avoided them as long as possible.
Add in some of the worst acting around, either non-existent or way over the top, and the redeeming qualities of the film drop into negative numbers. We tried to take a step back and look at this as it was probably intended, a comedic B-movie entry, but even my B-movie-fan viewing partner couldn’t find anything of quality in this one. A few laughs here and there but that is about it.
Overall, a sad waste of time. Insufficient campy comedy, no real horror, sad special effects, worthless plot and acting. Don’t bother with this one unless you have a very good reason.
Adult concepts, some violence and gore, plenty of foul language, nudity, and sexual violence so save this for adults and above.
