Nico takes the information that Dani gets off of Carl’s drive to his FBI handler. It’s nice to see more of Nico and his handler working together. Normally viewers aren’t privy to them actually working through a case. It’s typically Nico giving intel, and then the FBI agent rides off into the sunset, and viewers don’t see him until the next car meeting. What’s good about this storyline is it gives writers a way to unravel the mystery that Dani uncovered. It wouldn’t be realistic if Dani somehow spent an episode jet setting to do some detective work. She has clients. It does make sense that Nico could do it. What did you think of what Nico found out? Any theories?
There is way too much She-K drama in this episode. It’s ridiculous. One second Sheera is acting normally, and then she is smashing all of TK’s breakables. Their whole storyline is emotional whiplash. On the upside? TK going to both Connor and Dani for help is great. It’s the first time in a long time that TK goes to Dani. There’s even a little She-K therapy session. That’s really the best thing about the episode. The end is a little much too. Instead of getting back together, TK and Sheera get engaged. Did you think the She-K drama was overdone in this episode?
Here are quick thoughts on elsewhere in the episode. Hutch is back! He was one of Dani’s first clients at V3. It’s great to see a follow up visit. This check in hints at an underlying problem, but Hutch quits before Dani can get him to open up about it. For some reason it is hard to take Dani quitting seriously. There’s not even a moment of shock or anything. Perhaps this is due to all the She-K drama. That storyline just throws drama and craziness at viewers, and so by when Dani resigns, it’s just like it isn’t the most dramatic thing that’s happened so far. What did you think of the episode?
