Today, July 26, AT&T opened a great new store at 1904 West End Avenue in Nashville, TN. With a great amount of space, a good variety of products, a friendly team of employees, and a strategic location, this new store will provide a positive way for customers to experience AT&T services and products.
The store is designed within an open, 5400 square-foot environment. This allows for more foot traffic, greater customer engagement, and clear product placement. Usually store space is left for product and people passing between. With this location, there are learning and experience tables where customers can test out new devices and accessories while talking with a knowledgeable AT&T representative.
Increased store size also increases the space available for more products. While many retail locations may need to choose between different sizes of Jamboxes and limit the number of smartphones displayed, this location is able to display and demonstrate the variety of products, many of which are related to wireless directly and others that serve as accessories to your devices.

In order to better serve the area, this location also offers a large device support center. The AT&T representatives on this side are trained to troubleshoot and repair smartphones and other devices right in the store. This service is an important part of this store and will be able to provide assistance in a comfortable environment.
The Nashville West End store is led by Bryan Klamer, AT&T director of sales, Marcy Spirito, area retail sales manager and Reba Edmonds, retail store manager, along with 15 AT&T retail store employees, and three assistant store managers. The team was excited and ready to answer questions about the store and products even before the location opened.
Staff at this store is ready to help customers learn about new products, demonstrate features of their devices, update account information, or help them purchase items from almost anywhere within the store through a tablet. The team will help find solutions for the individual and try to connect with their unique needs.
The location is an important aspect for this store as it sits between downtown Nashville and Vanderbilt University. Whether you are visiting the area, go to school at Vanderbilt, or work downtown, this will be a convenient location if you an AT&T customer. The signs around the outside are large and noticeable from each direction on West End Avenue.
While parking is usually a little scarce in this area, the AT&T West End location has 54 parking spots , which should be enough for the traffic in the area. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The official grand opening is slated for Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013.
