Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday July 22, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Jonathan Clay Arnold, 43, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by conversion. Arnold remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Joshua Bradford, 29, of Acworth was arrested and charged with endangering security interest. Bradford remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,100 property bond has been set.
Candus N Bradley, 23, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by conversion. Bradley was released on 7/24 after posting a $2,100 property bond.
Rhonda Cochran, 52, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for deposit account fraud. Cochran was released on 7/23 after paying $843.68 cash.
Barnard Rayshun Dorsey, 38, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Dorsey remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (7/18/2012) (3/8/2010) (11/14/2009)
Joshua Glenn Hunter, 25, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI-drugs, carrying a concealed weapon, pills not in original container, texting while driving, failure to maintain lane and failure to signal lane change. Hunter was released on 7/23 after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (5/18/2010)
Sophia Monique Moore, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with forgery, and two counts financial card fraud. Moore remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.
Dustin Eugene Mullins, 29, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving on suspended license, headgear and eye protective devices for motorcycle riders, operating restrictions, operating a motor vehicle without a V.I.N., operating a motor vehicle with an expired tag/decal, brake requirement and no proof of motorcycle insurance.
