Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday May 25, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Melissa Latrelle Barry, 31, of Cedartown was arrested on 5/24 at the Royal Inn in Floyd County and charged with possession of cocaine, carrying drugs across the guard line and three counts felony probation violation. See also (8/20/2011) (4/28/2010) (8/11/2009) (8/2/2009)
Ayunna Nicole Brown, 23, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with first degree forgery, falsify identification document, giving false info to a law enforcement officer and failure to obey stop sign. Bobby Trey Brown, 23, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence act (FVA) and false imprisonment. Brown was released on 5/27 after posting two property bonds totaling $6,100. See also (2/19/2013) (11/13/2013)
Kenny Lee Clemons, 33, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by taking and driving while license withdrawn. Clemons remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $6,710 have been set. See also (3/20/2013) (3/22/2012)

James Dustin Stinson, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Stinson remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1.100 property bond has been set. See also (2/7/2010)
Godfrey Oliver Wade, 53, of Snellville was charged with speeding, suspended tag, driving while license withdrawn and expired tag or decal. Wade was released the same day after bonding out through the Aragon Police Department.
