Racism denies the indisputable reality that there is only one species of Homo sapiens, only one human race. This denial allows people to pretend “race” is problematic while disregarding the actual existence of racism all together. Like clockwork, this wicked dynamic has continued since European colonization of the western hemisphere in the 15th century.
Nevertheless, racism and “race” are two completely different things. Though racism is a serious social problem, “race” is neutral. For example, air pollution is a serious environmental problem; however air is neutral. Both of these potentially fatal toxins are ubiquitous. Both racism and air pollution are everywhere for everyone to absorb at all times, whether acknowledged or not.
The pretense that racism does not exist only keeps us knee-deep in the crap of this “elephant in the room.” Unfortunately, most people only speak up when the crap hits the fan and a little bit of the funk finds its way to them, their commute, their neighborhood, their place of business … their family.
So what exactly is racism? Racism is the social manifestation of white supremacy. In essence, white-supremacy is the erroneous belief that Caucasians are superior to all other human beings. It compels people to see Whites as masters of the human race rather than equal members of the human race. Once the narcissistic mentality of white supremacy has been socially engineered – woven into every fiber of culture (language, economics, education, entertainment, labor, law, politics, religion, science, et cetera) the result is racism.
Like a fatal disease, racism thrives while misdirected discussions of “race” further obscure the real “elephant in the room.” Meanwhile, the prevailing source and xenophobic foundation of racism – white supremacy – remains guarded.
The psychosis of racism gives everyone permission to respond to Melanites (non-Whites) with extreme prejudice. As with the case of pseudo-assassin, George Zimmerman, this decision to automatically distrust, devalue, and destroy Melanite life is based solely on skin color; the darker the skin the greater the disrespect. The more melanin-dominant one is, the more their abuse is tolerated.
This racist dynamic was yet again played out (July 29th ) on unarmed, 60-year-old Roy Middleton in Escambia County, Florida. From Emmett Till, Fred Hampton, and Amadou Diallo to Allen Blueford, Kenneth Harding, Oscar Grant, and Trayvon Martin, the pattern remains the same … justifiable genocide. Who’s next? How many more?
From Oakland, California to the Atlantic, racist conflicts erupt because justifiable genocide and other politically-correct forms of injustice are routinely perpetuated against Melanites. It’s not rocket science. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. For every racist act there is a re-action: injustice begets anger; anger begets violence; violence begets more injustice; and the cycle of inhumanity is sustained from generation to generation.
We can continue complaining about racism’s terminal side effects or we can work diligently to eliminate, rather than continually tolerate, this psychopathic elephant (racism). If not, the next time the crap hits the fan some of it just might find its way to you, your commute, your neighborhood, your place of business … your family.
