According to a YouTube production on July 31, “Fear of Girls”, which is a combination “Dungeons and Dragons” role-playing game and “The Office” spoof, made its debut by lunching it’s Kickstarter event. The promotion of the event will run from today until Aug. 31.
For those gamers that are fans of role-playing games, this is a satirical comedy created by Ryan Wood and includes two nerdy characters by the name of Doug Douglason and Raymond Ractburger whose main role-playing character is Krunk, an eighth level barbarian.
This attempt is to launch off a series that started back in 2006 as a three part series and shall continue forth into a fourth episode by the name of “Fear Girls: The Pubescent Face of Evil”.
This will be a 10-15 minute episode involving an advocacy that not only exists within their own gaming beliefs, but to other gamers that exist outside their own home realm.
Those willing to donate to the cause will have ascending levels of membership package entitlements such as The Hobbyist Gamer, The Wood Gnome, Krunk Eighth Level Barbarian, Berzerker Rage!, (D)ungeons (O)f the (U)nforgiving (G)ods, and finally Krunk, the God of Battle & Fertility.
Each package comes with their own set of products depending on the donation amount.
“Fear of Girls” will be bringing back the all too familiar characters in some dice rolling action and a belly full of laughs.
