On the last episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful,” Quinn continued to plead with Wyatt to stop wearing that pendant. She also believed Hope was nothing but trouble for her son. Wyatt took issue with her thoughts on Hope claiming that she was simply trying to get to know him. Sure, she had questions about the pendant, but Wyatt didn’t think this was about the pendant.
Elsewhere, Bill and Liam shared lunch at Il Giardino where Bill updated Liam on his situation with Katie. He admitted she was still furious at him and refused to listen to any sort of logic about saving their marriage. Bill wasn’t about to give up. He insisted he would win Katie back one way or another. Liam advised his father to back off for now, but Bill was determined to have his son grow up with his mother and father in the same home.
An anxious Bill wanted to know how Liam made out with his visit to Paris. He assumed Liam and Steffy had been able to find their way back to each other. Liam revealed that he had seen Steffy and that Steffy hadn’t changed her mind about them. She had insisted it was over. Bill wondered if Liam got a reason out of Steffy. Liam admitted he had, but he remained cryptic about the situation.
Liam also announced he was moving on and had proposed to Hope. It was a jaw dropping moment for Bill to say the least. Bill hoped that Liam’s engagement to Hope would be a long one and Liam stated he had wanted his support. He stood up to leave, but Bill talked him into finishing the meal. Bill was already lost without Katie and Will and he didn’t want to lose Liam or push him away. Liam advised Bill to get things between him, Katie and Brooke figured out fast, because he wasn’t about to continue their living arrangements once he and Hope were married. So much for a long engagement!
Hope hung at home with Brooke, who was on her way to Forrester. Brooke was thrilled learning Hope was engaged and she didn’t want anything to ruin this. Brooke went to answer the door and found Wyatt standing there. He introduced himself and Brooke went off to work after telling Hope they would celebrate later.
Wyatt wondered what they were celebrating and Hope admitted that Liam had proposed to her. A shocked Wyatt congratulated her commenting that Liam must have pulled out all the stops to convince Hope to marry him. Hope told Wyatt she was glad they had met. She didn’t want her engagement to be awkward for him. She wanted them to remain friends.
Wyatt asked Hope to drop her theory on those sword necklaces because it was causing a rift between him and his mother. He mentioned his mother stating she had never met Bill Spencer and said when he mentioned the guy his mother became upset. Hope agreed to let it go, but in the next breath she was all over the issue once again. Hope wondered why Quinn would become so upset over someone mentioning the name of a guy she had never met.
Since Hope knew Bill and Liam were dining at Il Giardino, she suggested that Wyatt take his mother to lunch there. That way, they could arrange for an impromptu meeting between Bill and Quinn. Wyatt agreed and called his mother to take her out for some of Chef Daniel’s pizza. Naturally, Hope would be lurking around in the distance to watch how this meeting unfolded.
Wyatt and Quinn got to the restaurant and Quinn noticed Bill. Quinn insisted the place was too crowded and suggested they go somewhere else. Just then, a waiter appeared to seat them. Bill and Quinn gazed at each other in shock.
Brooke hooked up with Donna at Forrester and told her about Hope’s engagement. Brooke wanted Donna to update Katie because Katie was refusing to speak to her at the moment. Donna thought Brooke’s attitude needed some adjustment. Brooke defended herself and claimed Katie had ruined everything for Bill. She had robbed him of his company and his family. Brooke believed Katie was the one who needed to adjust her attitude.
Donna told Brooke she had to stop blaming Katie for everything. She said she needed to take responsibility for what she had done and stop defending Bill. Donna insisted the mistake Brooke had made was a difficult one to forgive. She urged Brooke to apologize to Katie, but Brooke believed she had already done that.
On the next episode, Maya worries the scenes in that Web series “Room Eight” are becoming way too steamy for her taste. She tells Carter, she’s no prude, but things continue to become more heated. Caroline is through the moon excited over the addition of a water bed to the set of “Room Eight.” Later, Carter tells Maya he’s in love with her. Bill and Liam are about to order dessert when Wyatt arrives with Quinn. Bill spies Quinn and goes over to thank her for something she made for him years ago. Wyatt puts the pieces of his paternity puzzle together and explodes at his mother upon realizing his father never died.
Is Hope too involved in Wyatt’s personal life? Is it ridiculous that Caroline is so involved in Rafael’s Web series? Will Brooke ever see the light of day and could Bill Spencer really be Bill Spencer’s son?
