Tips to handling Women’s issues on a raw food diet

The biggest issue when making changes of any kind in your life, especially when making dietary changes is how to handle the stress that comes in your daily life. You may not realize how you use foods to nurture and heal until you change your diet and those same foods are no longer available to you. Using food to heal is natural. But good food. More than that is learning to just relax and let your body heal and detox.

Being patient with healing. Detox symptoms, mild fever, headachy, acne are things you would also experience on your junk food diet. With a cleaner diet you experience it less. Then you can see how much stress affects you and runs you down, then the next step is to clean up the stress in your life.

Society’s addiction to stress, it’s become a way of life

Now you go raw food or vegetarian and all of a sudden it’s called detoxing and it’s a freaky thing, and causing you anxiety when it’s really not and it’s nothing new. You may need to find new ways to nurture yourself now, that you are learning to choose healthier options, that giving yourself permission to relax, de-stress and not running at full tilt 24/7 is really okay. Before your diet changes you may have kept pushing through and running at the speed of sound when your body gave you signs it needed to chill out or you may have gone to lie down and avoided hanging out with friends. Headachy is often sign you need to close your eyes and get some much needed rest.

Women and men are good at hiding stress, so good in fact that you don’t even think you are stressing out at all, but your body knows. It’s paying attention whether you are being mindful of it or not. Stress when you are hiding it will often show up in your neck or back, somewhere behind you because you refuse to acknowledge it, and are accustomed to hiding it from others, and even yourself.

For an example, it’s like when you were a kid and you were going to get a spanking from your parent or teacher, and you wished your butt cheeks could crawl around to the other side of you to avoid what is to come. You do the same with your stress. Sometimes people are so good at hiding the stress, they are shocked when they actually suffer a heart attack or have a nervous breakdown and can’t stop crying

Women’s menstrual cycles

It’s true when you cut back on the animal fat which is also saturated in hormones natural and synthetic, you may notice a difference in your periods. They become lighter. The other reason for this is your body is not trying to shed all of the toxins through your menstrual cycle each month, from all of the junk you ate day time and night time so it can relax and not work as hard for a change.

Many women find themselves anemic and toxic and it’s a rotten way to live so sick and run down all the time. Like Kristina says in the video, it’s not healthy to bleed so heavily all of the time. Women and men have gotten so far removed from a healthy diet and what is truly good for the body bad heavy periods have become the ‘norm’ for generations of women. Now add childbirth and you are up for serious depletion if not death for your unhealthy lifestyle, not to mention the health of your baby may be in jeopardy. By all means if you find yourself thinking of having children you will need to adjust your diet to include more fat and proteins, since you will be eating for two.

Men find themselves in the middle of cluster headaches and all kinds of illness for simply not participating in health and taking the time to gain knowledge about their body. People in general say they get tired of all of the lecture in the media about their unhealthy ways, but at the same time it takes a really big health scare before people change their ways, and some never do.

It’s not rocket science

You don’t need to run marathons to get healthy but changing up your diet and allowing yourself to rest would do your body tremendous good. Then you can add a round of exercise of 10 to 30 minutes each day and whammo you are on the road to recovery and good health.
