“True Blood” season 6 continued Sunday, June 30, with episode 3, “You’re No Good,” in which Eric kidnapped Willa Burrell, Bill thought he was immortal, the Stackhouses dealt with Warlow, and Andy’s kids kept growing.
In the latest “True Blood” episode, Bill was determined to stop what he had seen: the vampires, including Jessica and the others, burning. Jessica later found him standing outside close to sunrise, and he began talking about his vision of Lilith and the sun, adding that the stake to his chest did nothing. He felt immortal, but Jessica watched as he caught fire when the sun rose. He hurried inside, confused. Jessica insisted on helping Bill, and he sent her to see Takahashi, the one who had synthesized blood and suggested she wear something inappropriate. It worked. Once the classroom was empty, she made her move. As for Bill, he went to Sookie and told her he needed her help or her vampire friends would die. And he didn’t need her to invite him in to enter the house. Bill explained there was a scientist who could synthesize her blood, but when she refused to help, he told her she was dead to him. However, it seemed like he may have found a new source of blood: Andy’s daughters.
Meanwhile, Grandpa thought Sookie should be more afraid of Warlow, but she’d been in so much danger, she knew how to handle it. When Grandpa went to visit the faeries, he found the place covered in blood and destruction, the aftermath of a very strong vampire attack. As he left the sanctuary, Ben showed up looking for it, and Grandpa spoke of Warlow. Ben knew him and kneeled before Niall, realizing who he was. Once Niall learned Sookie helped him, he asked Ben to return that kindness and brought him home with him. Sookie wasn’t exactly happy to see Ben again, but they did seem to come to a bit of an understanding as they swept up the aftermath of Bill’s visit. But she did wonder why she could feel him listening and not others. Then Warlow showed up, or so Niall thought. It was Nora. Back in the house, Jason collapsed.
Eric brought Willa back to Fangtasia, and Pam and Tara argued about what they should do with her. Willa insisted she wanted to help because she didn’t like what her father was doing and told Eric about the experiments. They were studying vampires in a “camp.” Eric brought Willa with them because they needed her as a bargaining chip. They hid out at Ginger’s, and in a coffin, Willa revealed her mother had an affair with a vampire. When Governor Burrell called, Eric told him he was trying to figure out the best way to kill Willa. Burrell claimed he’d reverse course even as his man tracked him. So much for an untraceable phone, Eric. However, Tara had taken Willa and left.
Nicole and her boyfriend, Jesse, helped Sam and Lafayette inside, and she offered their help with Emma. Sam told her he didn’t need it, but Lafayette wasn’t going to take no for an answer. As for Emma, they hid her away while Alcide and Martha spoke to the police and Rikki insisted she shift, which she did before the police searched the place. Nicole and her V.U.S. friends showed up at the pack, which didn’t go over so well. Meanwhile, Sam rescued Emma, and they chased after the injured Nicole, the only one who made it out alive.
As for Andy, while his kids kept growing at an alarming rate, he took Holly out shooting so she could protect herself from vampires. He sweetly told her he’d like to be her Fort Bellefleur, when she was ready. They seemed to be getting back on track.
Finally, Steve Newlin was trapped in the camp, and he saw Sarah standing in the door. She explained the place was what they used to dream about, God’s master plan to save the human race by eradicating vampires. She was in politics now, having realized that to do God’s work, it was necessary. She left him with the doctor, who wanted to know about Eric. Steve said he’d tell him everything.
