Canyon Ranch SpaClub®at The Homestead, in Hot Springs, Virginia, is getting to set open in June marking the spa chain’s first mid-Atlantic region location. It will also be the first to provide treatments aimed at children and teens.
To celebrate its entrance into the renovated Homestead, the spa is offering four new packages designed to help people escape, relax and rewind:
These packages include:
- The SpaClub Spa Sampler that features two nights’ accommodations, a $200 Spa credit, meals daily, and access each day to Aquavana®, fitness classes, Mountain Bike Rental and Spa Garden. Rates from $1,268.
- A three night SpaClub Relax and Unwind package that includes a $400 Spa credit, meals daily, and access each day to Aquavana®, fitness classes, Mountain Bike Rental, Cascades Gorge Hike and Spa Garden. Rates from $2,130.
- The All About You package that includes five nights’ accommodations, a $600 Spa credit, 50-minute consultation with a nutritionist, meals daily, and access each day to Aquavana®, fitness classes, Mountain Bike Rental, Cascades Gorge Hike and Spa Garden. Rates from $3,625.
- The seven night Healthy Indulgence package that includes a $800 Spa credit, 50-minute consultation with each nutritionist and exercise physiologist, unlimited activities (including golf, fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and more), meals daily, and access each day to Aquavana®, fitness classes, Mountain Bike Rental, Cascades Gorge Hike and Spa Garden. Rates from $7,005.
There are also three day packages that come with spa treatments, spa retail credit and complimentary lunch that start at $300 per person.
The signature feature at the SpaClub is the adult’s only Aquavana®, an exclusive European-inspired thermal oasis that fosters the hotel’s historic healing tradition of “taking the waters” which has drawn travelers since the mid 1700’s, including Thomas Jefferson.
Canyon Ranch services including Canyon Ranch Massage and Canyon Stone Massage will be complemented with Homestead-signature treatments such as the Heaven Scent, Mineral Springs Mud Wrap, The Homestead Soothing Scrub and the 1766 Mineral Soak.
Canyon Ranch Café, a full-service restaurant, will serve healthy cuisine with Mediterranean and Asian influences. Guests will savor gourmet meals featuring regional products accompanied by a selection of sustainably farmed wines and craft beers. All menus will provide nutritional information, from calories to fat content, to enable diners to make healthy, informed choices.
In addition to spa services, the hotel offers a wide array of outdoor adventures such as golf, fly fishing, kayaking, canoeing, tennis, swimming, horseback riding and mountain biking. Guests can also join a naturalist for the resort’s popular Cascades Gorge hike, a two-mile journey through a trail highlighted with beautiful waterfalls, flora and fauna. Allegheny Springs, a two-acre family-friendly park featuring water slides, lazy river, family pool and water play zone opened for the first full season in 2013. The resort will also add new restaurants and an 18-hole miniature golf course in before the end of the year.
